If you decide to send your jewelry, if possible please take a picture and write down the pieces you are sending and the karats stamped on them, send us a copy. Be sure to seal the package correctly before you ship it.

When preparing your package, please pack your jewelry tight so it doest move inside the shipping package you are using.

You can pack your jewelry using kraft or news paper and folded tight so jewelry doesn’t move.

This procedure will prevent that jewelry sounds when package is handled and therefore, carrier worker will never guess what’s inside your package. This will make shipping of your jewelry more secure to our processing facility.

Gold Jewelry:
Generally it has a small stamp indicating the karats on each piece.

Stones:
If you have stones generally they are zirconium with no value, we will dispose them. The value of small diamonds is low, we do not purchase them.

Coins:
Karats on coins are regularly stamped on them.

Insurance:

Package will be insured up to $100. If the value is higher please insure it for the value you think it is as scrap gold, not retail value. If you are not sure on how much the value of your jewelry will be, please weight it and give us a call to 305-374-2020 and we will guide you through the process.
